Sreemoyee Piu Kundu, author of ‘Faraway Music’, ‘Sita’s Curse’ & ‘You’ve Got The Wrong Girl’, says Salman is a miserable drunk, animal hunting, woman beating, drugged out, law-abusing son of a rich father who himself cheated on his wife!

On Friday, ever since the verdict of Salman’s bail is out, social media (we’re talking about the non-fans of Sallu) has been lashing out at the Indian Judiciary, public prosecution, Mumbai police for denying justice to the victim of the 2002-hit-and-run-case. Amongst those venting on social media is Delhi-based author Sreemoyee Piu Kundu (originally from Calcutta), who unapologetically wrote an open letter of sorts on her FB page.

Here’s what she wrote:

“Just when you are impressed with justice in this country. You are bound to be disappointed. Shame on you, Salman Khan. For all your Being Human bhaigiri and your adopted sister, you are just a miserable drunk, animal hunting, woman beating, drugged out, intellectually depraved, law abusing son of a rich and famous father who cheated on his wife and now lives with his wife, and mistress. Lacking the basic moral courage to call his spoilt son a criminal.

A bunch of failed siblings all living off Salman’s reflected glory. And for the stars, socialites and fans supporting this giant asshole who should get nothing less than his full term of ten years in jail, if not more, you deserve this shithole of a nation – scams, crooks and corruption at every level.

Shame on you Harsh Salve. Selling your soul time and again, to callous celebs who wield political power and huge monetary influence, instead of using your fancy legal degree to help those in need – yes, I mean men and women and children living on the streets. For defending another crook who for the last 12 years has bastardised the system, being arrogant enough to miss most of his hearings, trying to use false witnesses and involve his poor driver Ashok Singh, buying out his loyalty.

Shame on you prosecution and Mumbai police – for not dragging back singer Kamal Khan, another giant loser with an accent, who was sitting behind Khan when he drove over the innocent pavement dwellers. How is he even allowed to leave this country when he’s a key material witness?

Shame on you Bollywood producers and directors, lining up outside the Khan residence as if there is a condolence meeting in session, ass-licking an aging star who will help you get rid of your ill begotten wealth and substandard scripts – catering to a bunch of losers who watch this trash, year, after year, after year. Earning you another 100 crores of black money borrowed from Dawood, or some other Bhai, based in Dubai, in all probability.
Shame India. These are your Heroes.

This is your judiciary.
This is your real face.

And do yourselves a favor, screw the charity theory. The he’s got a heart of gold. The million examples of how Salman Khan helps people in need. It doesn’t count when you drive drunk. Shoot a black buck. Bash up and abuse the women you love. And bribe your way to freedom after killing a man. Feeling sorry doesn’t justify what you did, or make your guilt any less.

You don’t know Salman Khan personally, you just watch his films!”

' సీత! నీతో నాకు ప్రయోజనం లేదు, నిన్ను విడిచిపెట్టేస్తున్నాను, నీ ఇష్టం వచ్చిన చోటికి వెళ్ళు ' అని మావాడు అన్నాడు కదా, అలా అన్నాడని నువ్వు బాధపడ్డావ. ఇవ్వాళ నేను ఊర్ధలోకవాసినమ్మా, తప్పు మాట చెబితే కిందకి పడిపోతాను, నీకొక నిజం చెప్పనా, రాముడికి నీమీద ఎప్పుడూ అటువంటి అభిప్రాయం లేదు. ఆ మాట ఎందుకన్నాడో తెలుసా, నిన్ను వేరొకరు ఎప్పుడూ వేలెత్తి చూపించకూడదని మావాడి తాపత్రయం. కూతురా! నువ్వు ఇవ్వాళ చేసిన పతి సేవ వల్ల జెరిగిన గొప్పతనం ఏమిటో తెలుసా, ఇతఃపూర్వం పతివ్రతలై భర్తని సేవించిన వాళ్ళందరి చరిత్రలను పక్కన పెట్టి, పతివ్రత అంటె సీతమ్మ అని నిన్ను చూపిస్తున్నారు. నీలాంటి కోడలు నా వంశానికి రావడం నా అదృష్టం. నీకు నేను ఇంక చెప్పడానికి ఏమిలేదమ్మ, నీకు అన్నీ తెలుసు, కాని మామగారిగా ఒక్క మాట చెబుతాను. అమ్మా! భర్త మాత్రమే దైవము అని తెలుసుకో " అన్నాడు. తరువాత దశరథుడు విమానంలో ఊర్ధలోకాలకి వెళ్ళిపోయాడు. అప్పుడు దేవేంద్రుడు " రామ! ఒకసారి మేము వచ్చి దర్శనం ఇస్తే, ఆ దర్శనం వృధా కాకూడదు. అందుకని ఏదన్నా ఒక వరం కోరుకో " అన్నాడు. రాముడన్నాడు " నాకోసమని తమ యొక్క కొడుకులని, భార్యలని విడిచిపెట్టి ఎన్నో కోట్ల వానరములు, భల్లూకములు, కొండముచ్చులు యుద్ధానికి వచ్చాయి. అలా వచ్చిన వాటిలో కొన్ని మిగిలాయి, మిగిలిన వాటిలో కొన్నిటికి చేతులు తెగిపోయాయి, కొన్నిటికి కాళ్ళు తెగిపోయాయి, కొన్ని ఇంకా యుద్ధభూమిలో రక్తం ఓడుతూ పడున్నాయి, కొన్ని యమ సదనమునకు వెళ్ళిపోయాయి. మీరు నిజంగా నాయందు ప్రీతి చెందినవారైతే, యమ సదనమునకు వెళ్ళిన వానరములన్నీ బతకాలి, యుద్ధభూమిలో కాళ్ళు తెగిపోయి, చేతులు తెగిపోయి పడిపోయిన కోతులు, కొండముచ్చులు, భల్లూకాలు మళ్ళి జవసత్వములతో పైకి లేవాలి. అవన్నీ యుద్ధానికి వచ్చేటప్పుడు ఎంత బలంతో ఉన్నాయో ఇప్పుడు మళ్ళి అంతే బలంతో ఉండాలి. వీళ్ళందరూ ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళినా అక్కడ చెట్లకి ఫలాలు ఫలించాలి, పువ్వులు పుయ్యాలి, అక్కడ సమృద్ధిగా తేనె ఉండాలి, వాళ్ళు తాగడానికి ఎప్పుడూ మంచి నీరు ప్రవహిస్తూ ఉండాలి " అన్నాడు. ఇంద్రుడు " తప్పకుండా నీకు ఈ వరాన్ని కటాక్షిస్తున్నాను " అన్నాడు. వెంటనే యుద్ధ భూమిలో పడి ఉన్నవారు లేచి వచ్చారు, యమ సదనానికి వెళ్ళినవారు తిరిగి వచ్చేశారు. వానరులందరూ పరమ సంతోషాన్ని పొందారు. ఆరోజు రాత్రి అక్కడ విశ్రమించారు, మరునాడు ఉదయం రాముడు విభీషణుడిని పిలిచి " నేను తొందరగా అయోధ్య చేరుకోవాలని అనుకుంటున్నాను. ఇక్కడినుంచి కాలి నడకన వెళితే చాలా సమయం పడుతుంది కనుక తొందరగా వెళ్ళడానికి ఏదన్నా ప్రయాణ సాధనం ఏర్పాటు అవుతుందా " అన్నాడు. విభీషణుడు " మన దెగ్గర పుష్పక విమానం ఉంది, ఉత్తర క్షణంలో మీరు అయోధ్యకి చేరిపోతారు. ఇన్ని కష్టాలు పడ్డారు కదా, సీతమ్మ లభించింది కదా, సీతమ్మ అభ్యంగన స్నానం ఆచరించి, పట్టు పుట్టం కట్టుకుని, నగలు అలంకరించుకుంది కదా, మీరు కూడా తలస్నానం చేసి, పట్టు పుట్టాలు కట్టుకుని, ఆభరణములను దాల్చి, నా దెగ్గర బహుమతులు అందుకొని మీరు బయలుదేరితే నేను ప్రీతి పొందుతాను " అన్నాడు. అప్పుడు రాముడు " నా తమ్ముడైన భరతుడు అక్కడ జటలు పెంచుకొని, మట్టి పట్టిన వస్త్రం కట్టుకొని, నా పాదుకలని సింహాసనం మీద పెట్టి, నన్ను చూడాలని శోకిస్తు రాజ్యం చేస్తున్నాడు. ఆ భరతుడు స్నానం చెయ్యకముందు నేను స్నానం చెయ్యనా. భరతుడు పట్టుపుట్టం కట్టుకోకముందు నేను కట్టుకోన. భరతుడు ఆభరణాలు పెట్టుకోకముందు నేను పెట్టుకోన. నాకు తొందరగా భరతుడిని చూడాలని ఉంది " అన్నాడు. విభీషణుడు వెంటనే పుష్పక విమానాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు, రాముడు ఆ విమానాన్ని అధిరోహించాక " మీరందరూ నాకోసం చాలా కష్టపడ్డారు, ఇక మీరు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోండి. నేను బయలుదేరతాను......." అని చెబుతుండగా, అక్కడున్న వాళ్ళందరూ అన్నారు " మిమ్మల్ని విడిచిపెట్టి మేము ఉండలేము, మేము మీతో అయోధ్యకి వచ్చేస్తాము. మేము అక్కడ ఎక్కువ రోజులుండి మిమ్మల్ని ఇబ్బంది పెట్టము, మిమ్మల్ని కన్న కౌసల్యని ఒకసారి చూడాలని ఉంది, మీరు పట్టాభిషిక్తులై సింహాసనం మీద కూర్చుంటె చూడాలని ఉంది రామ " అన్నారు. విశాల హృదయుడైన రాముడు సరె అనేసరికి అక్కడున్న వాళ్ళందరూ ఆ పుష్పక విమానంలోకి గబగబా ఎక్కేశారు. తరువాత ఆ విమానం ఆకాశంలోకి ఎగిరిపోయింది. అప్పుడు రాముడు సీతమ్మకి ఆ పుష్పక విమానం నుండి కిందకి చూపిస్తూ " సీత చూశావ, ఇదే నేను రావణుడిని పడగొట్టిన ప్రదేశం. అదిగో అది కుంభకర్ణుడు పడిపోయిన ప్రదేశం, అది నరాంతకుడు పడిపోయిన ప్రదేశం, ఇది హనుమ విరూపాక్షుడిని పడగొట్టిన ప్రదేశం. ఆ సముద్రంలో ఉన్న సేతువుని మేము వానరములతో కలిసి నిర్మించాము. ఇక్కడే మేమందరమూ కూర్చుని ఈ సముద్రాన్ని ఎలా దాటడం అని అనుకున్నాము. ఇదే కిష్కింద, ఇక్కడి నుంచే వానరులు అన్ని దిక్కులకి నీ జాడ కనిపెట్టడానికి బయలుదేరారు " అని చెప్తుంటే సుగ్రీవుడు గబగబా వచ్చి " రామ! మనం కిష్కింద మీద నుంచే వెళుతున్నాము కదా, నా భార్యలు తార, రుమ చూస్తుంటారు, వాళ్ళని కూడా ఎక్కించుకుందాము " అన్నాడు. అప్పుడా పుష్పకాన్ని కిందకి దింపారు. సుగ్రీవుడు వెంటనే వెళ్ళి తార, రుమలకి విషయాన్ని చెప్పి రమ్మన్నాడు. అప్పుడు తార మిగిలిన ఆడవారి దెగ్గరికి వెళ్ళి " రండి, రండి, సుగ్రీవుడు జయాన్ని సాధించి రామ పట్టాభిషేకానికి వెళుతున్నారు. మంచి మంచి బట్టలు, ఆభరణాలు వేసుకుని అందరూ వచ్చెయ్యండి " అనింది. అప్పుడు వాళ్ళు మానవ కాంతలగా కామరూపాలని పొంది, పట్టుపుట్టాలు, ఆభరణములు వేసుకుని, పుష్పక విమానానికి ప్రదక్షిణం చేసేసి, లోపలికి ఎక్కి " సీతమ్మ ఎక్కడ? సీతమ్మ ఎక్కడ? " అని అడిగారు. " ఆవిడే సీతమ్మ " అని చూపిస్తే అందరూ వెళ్ళి ఆమెకి నమస్కరించారు. అప్పుడు సీతమ్మ వాళ్ళందరినీ సంతోషంగా కౌగలించుకొని, పలకరించింది. మళ్ళి రాముడన్నాడు " సీత! అదే ఋష్యమూక పర్వతం, అక్కడే నేను సుగ్రీవుడు కలుసుకున్నాము. అది శబరి యొక్క ఆశ్రమం. అక్కడున్న చిక్కటి వనంలోనే కబంధుడిని చంపాను. చూశావ సీత, అది మనం ఉన్న పంచవటి ఆశ్రమం, ఇక్కడే రావణుడు నిన్ను అపహరించాడు " అని రాముడు చెబుతుంటే సీతమ్మ గబుక్కున రాముడి చెయ్యి పట్టుకుంది. కొంతముందుకి వెళ్ళాక " అదే అగస్త్య మహర్షి ఆశ్రమం, ఇక్కడే అగస్త్యడు నాకు రావణ సంహారం కోసం అస్త్రాన్ని ఇచ్చాడు. అక్కడ కనపడుతున్నది సుతీక్షణుడి ఆశ్రమం. అక్కడ కనపడుతున్నది చిత్రకూట పర్వతం, ఇక్కడే మనం తిరుగుతూ ఉండేవాళ్ళము " అన్నాడు. అలా ఆ పుష్పకం కొంత ముందుకి వెళ్ళాక వాళ్ళకి భారద్వాజ మహర్షి యొక్క ఆశ్రమం కనపడింది. అప్పుడు ఆ పుష్పకాన్ని అక్కడ దింపి, భారద్వాజుడికి నమస్కరించారు. అప్పుడు భారద్వాజుడు " రామ! నేను నా తపఃశక్తితో అన్ని కాలములయందు నీ గురించి తెలుసుకుంటున్నాను. నువ్వు రావణ సంహారం చెయ్యడం కూడా నాకు తెలుసు. ఇవ్వాళ ఒక్క రాత్రి నా దెగ్గర ఉండి, విశ్రాంతి తీసుకొని, నా ఆతిధ్యం తీసుకొని బయలుదేరు " అన్నాడు. అప్పుడు రాముడు హనుమంతుడిని పిలిచి " హనుమ! నువ్వు ఇక్కడినుంచి బయలుదేరి వెళ్ళి, గంగానది ఒడ్డున శృంగిభేరపురంలో గుహుడు ఉంటాడు, అతను నాకు మిక్కిలి స్నేహితుడు. ఆ గుహుడికి నా క్షేమ సమాచారం చెప్పి, పట్టాభిషేకానికి రమ్మని చెప్పు. తరువాత అక్కడినుంచి బయలుదేరి అయోధ్యలో అందరూ కుశలంగా ఉన్నారా అని కనుక్కొని నందిగ్రామానికి వెళ్ళి, నేను తిరిగొస్తున్నాను అని భరతుడికి చెప్పి, ఆయన ముఖకవళికలు గమనించు. భరతుడి ముఖంలో ఏదన్నా కొంచెం బెంగ నీకు కనపడితే వెంటనే వెనక్కి వచ్చెయ్యి. ఇంక నేను అయోధ్యకి రాను, భరతుడు అయోధ్యని పాలిస్తాడు. ఈ విషయాన్ని నువ్వు జాగ్రత్తగ కనిపెట్టి తిరిగిరా " అన్నాడు. వెంటనే హనుమంతుడు అక్కడినుంచి బయలుదేరి గుహుడిని కలుసుకొని, ఆయనని పలకరించి, రాముడు చెప్పిన విషయాన్ని చెప్పాడు. తరువాత అక్కడినుంచి బయలుదేరి వెళ్ళి భరతుడిని కలుసుకొని, రాముడు పడిన కష్టాలు, సీతాపహరణం, రావణ వధ మొదలైన విషయాలని వర్ణించి చెప్పాడు. హనుమంతుడి మాటలు విన్న భరతుడు చాలా సంతోషించాడు. మరునాడు ఉదయం రాముడు బయలుదేరబోయేముందు భారద్వాజుడు అన్నాడు " నీ ధర్మానుష్టానికి నాకు ప్రీతి కలిగింది రామ. నీకొక వరం ఇస్తాను, ఏదన్నా కోరుకో " అన్నాడు. అప్పుడు రాముడు " వానరములు ఎక్కడ ఉంటాయో అక్కడ ఫలసంవృద్ధి ఉండాలని నేను కోరాను. ఇప్పుడు ఇక్కడినుంచి 3 యోజనముల దూరం వరకూ అయోధ్యకి ప్రయాణిస్తాము. ఆ మార్గంలో కూడా చెట్లన్నీ ఫల పుష్పభరితములై, తేనెపట్లతో తేనెలు కారుతూ ఉండాలి " అని అడిగాడు. తరువాత భారద్వాజుడి దెగ్గర సెలవు తీసుకొని పెద్ద కోలాహలంతో నందిగ్రామానికి రాముడు చేరుకున్నాడు. అప్పుడు భరతుడు తన సైనికులతో " రాముడు వచ్చేస్తున్నాడు, అయోధ్యలో ఉన్న తల్లులని తీసుకురండి, రథాలని తీసుకురండి, పెద్దవాళ్ళని తీసుకురండి, అందరినీ అయోధ్యకి రమ్మనండి. అంతటా పసుపు నీరు, గంధపు నీరు జల్లించండి. దివ్యమైన ధూపములు వెయ్యండి. అందరమూ కలిసి రాముడిని నందిగ్రామం నుంచి అయోధ్యకి పట్టాభిషేకానికి తీసుకువెళదాము " అని భరతుడు ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు. రాముడు వచ్చేస్తున్నాడన్న విషయం తెలుసుకున్న అయోధ్య వాసులు పరుగు పరుగున నందిగ్రామానికి వచ్చారు. రాముడు పుష్పక విమానం నుంచి కిందకి దిగగానే భరతుడు పరిగెత్తుకుంటూ వెళ్ళి అన్నగారి పాదాలకి పాదుకలు తొడిగాడు. ఇది చూసి సుగ్రీవ విభీషణులు కన్నుల నీళ్ళు కారాయి. వెంటనే భరతుడు సుగ్రీవుడిని కౌగలించుకొని " ఇంతకముందు మేము నలుగురము, ఇవ్వాల్టి నుంచి మనం అయిదుగురము అన్నదమ్ములము సుగ్రీవ " అన్నాడు. తరువాత అక్కడున్న గంధమాదుడిని, మైందుడిని మొదలైనవారిని భరతుడికి పరిచయం చేశారు. అప్పుడు భరతుడు ఆ వానరాలని ' మీరు మా అన్నయ్యకి సహాయం చేశారు, మీరు ఎంత మంచివారు ' అని అందరినీ కౌగలించుకున్నాడు. పుష్పకం నుంచి కిందకి దిగిన వానరకాంతలు వాళ్ళ ప్రేమలని, వాళ్ళ అలంకారాలని చూసి ఆశ్చర్యపోయారు. అప్పుడు అక్కడికి వచ్చిన కౌసల్య, కైకేయ, సుమిత్రలు అన్నారు " ఈ వానర కాంతలందరికి మేమే తలస్నానాలు చేయిస్తాము " అని, వాళ్ళందరికీ తలస్నానం చేయించారు. తరువాత రాముడు ఆ పుష్పక విమానాన్ని " కుబేరుడి దెగ్గరికి వెళ్ళిపో " అని ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు. అప్పుడా ఆ పుష్పకం కుబేరుడి దెగ్గరికి వెళ్ళిపోయింది.

CM to soon launch digital repository of land records

Andhra Pradesh government has taken a major leap in creating a digital repository of the land records in the state.

The online portal, Mee Bhoomi, which will be launched by Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu, will help bringing in transparency. This portal will help in the verification process during registrations or applying loans by banks.

All land details along with Adangal/Pahani and 1-B details, will now be a click away.

The portal categorises the details of land into owner's details, area, assessment, water rate, soil type, nature of possession of the Land, Liabilities, Tenancy and Crops grown, etc.

One can also view Individual/Village Adangal and 1B details on the website. The users can also enter their aadhar card number to view their land details.

Users can also search for their Field Measurement Book (F.M.B) through this website. The details of any transactions will be updated on the website.

With respect to grievances related to land, people can register a complaint at the closest mee-seva centre.

To make it mobile friendly, the government will also launch an app for the android users.
