Job Description :

• Document and timely update Legal & Regulatory Compliance
• Conduct risk assessment , update the risk register timely
• Work with business and technical managers to develop process documentation, necessary reports, controls and tests
• Act as a point of contact for scheduling conducting vulnerability assessments, scanning ports / registry and penetration testing.
• Coordinates communications between GTC, ISMS, BCMS and QMS teams
• Manage reviews and compliance of ISMS, BCMS & QMS for Information Systems by implementation of necessary controls
• Represent Information Systems in Internal / Certification / Surveillance / Client audits across the function (PAN India).
• Prepare, communicate and present: compliance reports, metrics reports, risk reports, policies, procedures and other internal communications as necessary.
• Should co-ordinate and provide achievable action plans to the gaps identified in different scans / tests / audit platforms.
• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with the organizations committee to ensure continued compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manages key aspects of the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery requirements pertaining to network, data & server availability.
• Work towards continual improvements to enhance Information system performance.
