Respected Sir, 

                        I am Anjani Ravishanker Pilla S/o Late P.G.K. Saibaba gaaru, who realised the divine grace in the witness of some of the Agricultural Scientists of Acharya NG. Ranga Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-30     According to the psychological phenemena happened that the human race has entered in to golden age or new era, the new rule of heart and word has begin in the form of King and Queen, I am selected as King with heart as Queen or Maharajah, the phenomena is evident,  available for understanding and research to update our Human race among ourselves with word and reasoning, recorded media material is the material available along with the witness statements of persons witnessed as on.  The human race at this juncture needs control and co-ordination of superior experience of influence or rare influence as Super Dynamic personality in the form of thinking and reasoning.       

                     According to my situation of my mind I have to be taken keenly to understand, by the authority , as the matter is related to ordinary human being and the mighty nature which needs special care and concern over my normal ordinary personality  and rare influential power or new  stratification to whole human race, according to the situation the whole human race is came in to the thinking strategy of human being through his thinking and word as per the phenomena happened through me, my situation needs response of knowledgeable persons of the society, with keen responsibility to understand and help me to elevate the matter in regular to elevate to the public which is the update of nature, in the situation of not reaching the matter to public the people in the society are wrong managing themselves, or depending upon only physical limits and deviating each including neglecting me is the situation around, in this situation i need identity according to the mind, and elevating  help of University professors and thinkers of the society.  

                Hence I am  requesting Indian government to place one professor committee on the happening and place me under the monitoring of  Hon High court of Andhara Pradesh and Police commisionerate, Hyderabad  to provide minimum facility  accommodation with  necessary coordination to reach me to the public in regular analytical manner.   My ordinary human being personality and super Dynamism in thinking will gradually merge under the truthful and elevating   observation and spread of extraction to  educated and  bulk of the society, regularly will automatically improves the society by all means.   formally considering me as rare citizen or Mahrajah or King with Queen as heart. which the phenomena happened will be clarified and utilized.  I will explain in detail in my mother tongue before committee under the supervision of Law and order. Neglecting me is deviation to myself and society, however according to the phenomena I am master, mother and father of the Universe I cannot curse any damage to any individual, because every happy and sad belongs to me, I am in each song and minute word and sound around us for ever, Hence my presence is the gift of thousand heavens if developed and taken regularly and analytically.  my majestic highness will be accepted and understood by the people while gradually benefited  out of me as human beings for new co-ordination and strength  and boon to whole human race .  Thanking you Sir
